Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All items will ship timely within 2-10 business days via USPS unless otherwise noted. There is a $5.00 shipping charge for the first item. Each additional item will be a $2.00.

 

As for shipping, we use many different shipping carriers and we offer standard or express shipping. We do have tracking for all shipments and the tracking links are provided once a package has been shipped out.

 

Once the order is fulfilled and shipped out, it will be delivered to the end address.

Refund Policy

The refund policy is that refunds will be offered within 4 weeks of your post marked delivery. Items must be received within 10 days. Any items received after 10 days will not be accepted for a refund and customer must pay shipping to return item back or take store credit. Please initiate this process within 7 days of delivery by using the Contact Us and put “ATTN: Return” in the subject.

 

Exchanges offered within 30 days of your post marked delivery.

 

Currently, we will not be issuing a refund if the size fits incorrectly. This is something that it is being worked on in the future, but currently we do not offer this service.

 

The conditions for a refund must meet the following criteria: All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of odor and must have the original tags attached. The item must be damaged when delivered. We reserve the right to refuse an item for refund if item appears to have an odor, been worn or washed.

 

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

Refunds will only be processed to the original card purchased.

Exchanges

No exchanges for sizes will be accepted.

Lost or Stolen Packages

LoveCentered Tees is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your tracking notification has been picked up from our store, all issues with the shipping of the product fall on the carrier. The carrier will determine if your order can be left in a secure place at your chosen delivery address. If you believe that your package/product has been lost or stolen, please contact your local USPS to resolve the problem, or visit the this web address for ways to address this issue: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

Damaged Goods

Upon receiving your package, please check that it is free of damages. If it is, please email a picture of the damage to lovecenteredtees@gmail.com and in subject line of your email, please put "Damaged."

 

After the damage is reviewed, we will email you a prepaid return (not sure how to do this) label and information regarding store credit. Once you've received the label, please send back the damaged item within 7 days.

 

As a small business, we cannot offer refunds or credit after an item has been worn or washed. After the item has been worn Lovecentered Tees is not liable for any damage that occurs. Please be sure to follow garment care tag instructions.
