Walking in the Spirit/Updates in General

Half way through my sabbatical and pruning my vines, I thought I would give an update. Talking with my editor, my upcoming book should be back from edit within the next 5-6 weeks, and hopefully out by August.

In addition, in can call this season of Accountability a Season of death and gried, I look at the timing of this book, and several of the issues I discuss are being an emotionally safe person, and assessing things on a physical, soul wound [trauma], or demonic level.

I can say, the Lord never ceases to amaze me when He continues to peel back the layers of how our hearts may harden or how we need to become gentle again. I know that I am missing my best friend a lot right now and pray that God mends our hearts. I am learning in this season that sometimes silence is better than overcommunication, and that sometimes others have to see what they have lost in order to see the true purpose of God’s long term plan for us.

Trauma and the enemy often intertwine in blowing up God’s most intimate plans for our lives, and in these end times, we have to equip ourselves with a battle plan so we are aware of this.

In this season and in these times, I encourage you to meditate on 1 Corinthians 2:12-16: "Now we have not received the spirit [that belongs to] the world, but the [Holy] Spirit Who is from God, [given to us] that we might realize and comprehend and appreciate the gifts [of divine favor and blessing so freely and lavishly] bestowed on us by God.

And we are setting these truths forth in words not taught by human wisdom but taught by the [Holy] Spirit, combining and interpreting spiritual truths with spiritual language [to those who possess the Holy Spirit]. But the natural, nonspiritual man does not accept or welcome or admit into his heart the gifts and teachings and revelations of the Spirit of God, for they are folly (meaningless nonsense) to him; and he is incapable of knowing them [of progressively recognizing, understanding, and becoming better acquainted with them] because they are spiritually discerned and estimated and appreciated. But the spiritual man tries all things [he [g]examines, investigates, inquires into, questions, and discerns all things], yet is himself to be put on trial and judged by no one [he can read the meaning of everything, but no one can properly discern or appraise or get an insight into him].

For who has known or understood the mind (the counsels and purposes) of the Lord so as to guide and instruct Him and give Him knowledge? But we have the mind of Christ (the Messiah) and do hold the thoughts (feelings and purposes) of His heart."

In these end days, we need to be listening to the spirit, not by the mind or the soul realms, which many churches have people locked into these days. In closing, I will also leave this song for you as well. It reminds me of LaRette and myself, as she and myself heal, with Jesus at the head. If there is someone who you need to heal with, do not let the spirit of Pride get in the way with. Seek that true repentance with and heal...Time is the greatest illusion we live with in life.
