1:1 Accountability Coaching Session
The 1:1 accountability coaching and journaling sessions are designed to help you get a jump start with accountability and growth in your life in areas such as spiritual, mental, emotional, financial, physical, and the destiny that God created for you on this earth to live out. The books that were written about you in Heaven before you were born. Psalm 139 states “When I was made in secret, and skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Your eyes saw my substances, being yet unformed. And in Your book they were all written, the days fashioned for me, When as yet there were none of them.”
These sessions are about identifying barriers that hinder you from living out your God-given purpose and mission on this Earth and seeking ways to remove these barriers to enable you to become all that God intends for you to be. Topics include: Self-sabotage, pride, conflict resolution and communication skills, rejection, time-management skills, and false beliefs and negative thought patterns that keep you stuck in your life. We will also examine the enemy’s schemes intended to prevent you from becoming all that God wants for you to be.. Learning about your identity in Jesus Christ and the authority He has given you will be an important part of this process.
During our initial meeting I will ask you several questions to better understand your life, current situation, and the goals you want to address together. It is important to understand some of your past and present circumstances so that we can work together under the leadership of the Holy Spirit to achieve the consistent discipline and accountability you desire. Based on this, we will tailor a custom plan so that you can work towards your goals daily. Growth is a step-by-step, little-by-little process. Somedays you may take great strides forward, only to seemingly fall back into old patterns the next. That’s okay and to be expected. As you take time to do this work and press into Jesus and the Holy Spirit, you will be asked to make small changes. It is a practice and a process. Focus on the journey and not the finish line. Focus on small, achievable steps everyday throughout your journey. This will help you develop daily sustainable practices that will enhance your discipline and consistency. Such habits run contrary to the pattern of this world, which often leads to burn out and stress. “Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind. Or “Take my yoke upon you and learn from me for my yoke is easy and my burden is light.
The Kingdom-Centered Accountability plan will help you stay focused on pursuing God’s purpose and mission for your life with the Heavenly Father while living on Earth.
We will use The Bible and the Get Your Act Together, 30-Day Accountability Journal, to engage in self-reflection and discuss t, anything that comes up in-between or during our sessions. The goal is to encourage you to explore God’s purpose and mission for your life so that you can become the personGod wants you to be. To this end, you will be asked to complete weekly assignments with prayer and the Holy Spirit’s guidance.
I truly appreciate the opportunity to come alongside of you on your discipleship journey as you seek to grow in the Lord! Blessings and prayers to you as you set out on this grand adventure.
